She rocked us in Heroes. Now she's making a splash giving voice to the heroine Red in Hoodwinked Too: Hood Vs. Evil.

Q: Hey, Hayden, this is Rachel from Birmingham. This movie portrays some strong female characters. Are you like that in real life? - Uinterview User
A: I think so. I’m pretty tough, I’m pretty sturdy. I was raised that way. I don’t know whether it’s the New Yorker in me or what. Being my size, my dad always told me, “Make sure you know where you’re going and someone’s going to miss you if you don’t get there.” It’s these defense mechanisms and these streets-smarts that wind up coming out. So, yeah, I’d like think I am.
Q: Hey Hayden, this is Jennifer from Los Angeles, California. Is there anything about your character in Hoodwinked Too that you can relate to? - Uinterview User
A: I can relate to a lot of things with Red. She’s this tough kick-butt agent but she constantly feels the need to prove herself. She looks up to her Granny, who’s the best Number 1 agent and she feels like she constantly has these shoes to fill. She winds getting herself into all these predicaments because she winds up just winning and then somebody calls her a coward or a little girl and she snaps. She winds up losing the battle because of that. And I get it; she’s a small little girl who always feels the need to prove herself.
Q: Thanks. What was your experience like working with Glenn Close in this film? - Uinterview User
A: I did one other film specifically that had a ton of actors in it and they all played voices in it. And it was interesting to go up to them and, having never met them before, say, “You know, technically we worked together!” But in this case, when you do an animated film, you’re by yourself. You go in, maybe once every few months over the course of couple years, but you’re by yourself. It’s really wild.
