The Twitterverse welcomed Conan O' Brien last week and he stacked up a whopping half a million followers in seven days (...while Leno trails at 33k - take that, NBC). And what's a celebrity tweet round-up without Hollywood's love-'em-or-hate-'em superstar socialites? Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian made it to to our list too.
