Since her fledgling Flight of the Conchords days, comedian Kristen Schaal has taken the comedy world by storm with scene-stealing roles on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and now 30 Rock. What many don't know about Schaal, however, is that she's half of the New York comedy duo (with IFC's Kurt Braunohler), Hot Tub Variety Show, which she's been hosting since 2005, when it was voted Best Variety Show of 2005 by Time Out New York's readers.

30 Rock's Alec Baldwin, who turns 54 today, proposed to his 28-year-old sweetheart Hilaria Thomas over the weekend during a romantic Long Island vacation. Yoga instructor Thomas has been seen with the Emmy-winning Baldwin several times in public since the two lovebirds kickstarted their relationship last summer.
