When it comes to the question of "How Do You Know," it seems that Reese Witherspoon, 34, may have an answer.

The star of the aforementioned rom com has confirmed her engagement to Hollywood agent Jim Toth, 40, whom she's been dating for the past year. The duo started cozying up to one another after Witherspoon's split from actor Jake Gyllenhaal in late 2009. The Oscar-winning actress and Toth announced their engagement on Tuesday, adding that they are "extremely happy" about the new development, according to Us Weekly.

This will be the second walk down the aisle for Witherspoon, who divorced actor Ryan Phillippe in 2006 after seven years of marriage. They have two children together, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, both of whom have reportedly "bonded" with Toth. —KIMBERLY STEELE
